These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HOP application and services ("HOP"), provided by HOP Labs Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore ("we", "our", or "us").
By accessing or using HOP, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use HOP.
You must be at least 18 years old to use HOP. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Your use of HOP is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP"), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You must comply with the AUP at all times. Violation of the AUP may result in suspension or termination of your access.
We care about your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy. By using HOP, you consent to our data handling practices.
HOP is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or reliability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOP Labs Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed SGD $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HOP Labs Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of HOP, your violation of these Terms or the AUP, or your violation of any rights of another.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or other official channels. Your continued use of HOP after changes go into effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to HOP at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or the AUP.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
